For all upcoming events if you plan to bring a guest please make yourself familiar with the GVR rules pertaining to bringing guests to a GVR facility.  These rules may be viewed HERE.

2012

February 19      Potluck Dinner at West Centre, 5:00pm (Bring a dish to share,cutlery, beverage etc.)

March 18            Golf Tournament - Tubac Golf & Country Club

November 17  Fall Indoor Picnic at Santa Rita Springs - 12:00pm

 

VOLUNTEERS FOR 2012 

We require a treasurer to come on board in December 2012 to work with the current treasurer for a month and take over duties after the year end is completed in January 2013.

We are also in need of an Assistant for the Membership Registrar to help with the membership duties. This position would be effective immediately.

The third position would be to Chair and Co-ordinate the Fall Picnic. We have a wonderful crew of volunteers to work with you

Our volunteers essentially run the events which we all enjoy. If you would like to join this group, please call Lynn at 207-0437 and specify which event you would like to help with - the picnic in the fall; the wine and cheese party; the potluck; or the the golf tournament. It is a great way to get to know people and enjoy your life in Green Valley.

CANADIAN CLUB POTLUCK DINNER & ANNUAL MEETING

Please contact Gwenne Sattaur (520 648-3780)  regarding the dish (salad, casserole or dessert for 8 - 10 people) you are planning to bring.

Please remember to bring:

1. Your own plates, cups, cutlery.

2. Your own beverage. Coffee and tea will be provided.

3. Serving utensil for your dish, labelled with your name, please

4. Your food in a dish suitable for serving.

Deadline for registration is Monday, February 13th.
